Exemption Status
We have received confirmation of exempt status from the USA Internal Revenue Service (IRS) dated: October 15th, 2001.
The IRS letter stated:
"Donors may deduct contributions to you as
provided in section 170 of the Code. Bequests, legacies, devises, transfers,
or gifts to you or for your use are deductible for federal estate and gift
tax purposes if they meet the applicable provisions of sections 2055, 2106, and
2522 of the Code.
Donors may deduct contributions only to the extent their contributions are
gifts, with no consideration received. ..."

Donation Receipt note: Lord willing we will send
out donation receipts in the month of January, for the prior year or
more often, as the Lord allows. If you need a
receipt sent at a different time, or you need to discuss any other matter, please

shipping/mailing address with the donation. Typically, if the donation is
in the form of a check or mail order and there is a name and address
also, we will send a receipt, unless you have a note asking us not to send
one.
