Who is God?
God is the Creator of all life – the Maker of heaven and earth. He has always existed and will always exist. God is not just a theory or a feeling – He truly exists. He created every person in His image and sees and knows your life, your thoughts, and your questions – and He loves you.
In the Bible, God reveals Himself in a special way: as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. This is called the Trinity – one God in three persons. It’s not always easy to grasp, but it shows that God is relational – and He desires a relationship with you.
God the Father
He is the Creator of the world and the source of life. He is not far away but close. He is a good Father, He is faithful, just, and full of love. He invites us to trust Him and live our lives with Him.
Jesus Christ, the Son
Jesus is also God and at the same time the Son of God. He came to earth as a human being, lived among us, helped and healed people, and showed what God is really like. He died on the cross for our sins – so the way to God is open. But He didn’t stay in the grave: Jesus is alive – he rose after three days, overcoming sin and death, and He still changes lives today.
The Holy Spirit
Just like God the Father and Jesus the Son the Holy Spirit is also God.
He is not just a force but He is a real person – He speaks, leads, helps, comforts, guides, gives courage and much more:
He helps you pray, believe, and experience God’s presence (Romans 8:26).
He changes your heart to make you more like Jesus – with love, peace, patience, and more (Galatians 5:22–23).
He reminds you of God’s truth and helps you follow it (John 14:26).
He lives in you when you follow Jesus (1 Corinthians 6:19).
Many people have found new hope and deep peace through Him.
The Holy Spirit is with us every day. He helps us know God better, grow in faith, and share His love with others.
